As a Dynamics ERP Consultant you will responsible to provide front line support to our customers who face technical or processing issues with Microsoft Dynamics GP and Dynamics D365 BC solutions along with any m-hance or 3rd Party programs which integrate into GP.


ERP Support Consultant -
Job Accountabilities

  • Provide a high level of customer service to promote mhance at all times in a professional and diligent fashion.
  • Respond to customer support queries efficiently and politely, ensuring all incoming support calls logged onto the support database ensuring all appropriate information is accurately logged for the future resolution of the customers support case.
  • Prioritise support queries, to either effectively resolve queries within the scope of your ability or to escalate problems so that it may be resolved by another member of the department in a timely and effective manner.
  • You will be primarily based at home but should be able to commute reliably to an office base. There may also occasionally be a requirement to travel to clients and /or work extended hours when required.

ERP Support Consultant -
Experience Needed**- Experience with working within a support desk environment

  • 1st and 2nd line support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
  • Basic SQL Server Knowledge
  • Product support experience: Microsoft Dynamics GP / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Management Reporter / Microsoft Power BI / Integrations Tools (IM, Scribe, SmartConnect, eConnect)
  • ITIL qualification (beneficial but not essential)
