Join Our Team as an Infrastructure Consultant at the Enterprise Health Practice

We are looking for an Infrastructure Consultant to be part of our busy team at the Enterprise Health Practice. As our new team member, you will play a crucial role in delivering technical projects to our Managed Service customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with technical architects and specialists to implement cutting-edge technologies for our customers.
  • Deploy technical projects securely to maintain operational service levels.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch technical projects.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance IT solutions and services for our customers.
  • Support successful proof of concept and early adopter projects.
  • Transfer product skills and knowledge to operational teams during project engagement.
  • Utilize your experience and knowledge to support service delivery and operational teams.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in Enterprise Hardware, Security, Infrastructure & Cloud Platforms.
  • Virtualisation platforms experience; Workload deployment & Configuration.
  • Solid knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP networking, Active Directory & Group Policy Management.
  • Experience in a Managed Service Enterprise environment.
  • Installing and configuring Server operating systems.
  • Networking, Security & Firewall technologies expertise.
  • Server and Storage hardware experience within a Datacentre Environment.
  • Working knowledge of Linux or Appliance based systems.
  • Experience following ITIL processes and guidelines.
  • Ability to meet project deadlines and manage priorities efficiently.
  • Knowledge and experience in formal project management and service delivery best practices.
