Responsibilities

Close sales for landlord & renter leads (Portfolio Development & Renting):


  • Property Acquisition and Portfolio Development: Seek and bring on new properties to add to our portfolio. This involves researching potential properties, contacting landlords, conducting viewings and negotiating Management Agreements.

Tenant Relations: Respond to tenant rental enquiries promptly and professionally, guiding them through the rental process, and successfully closing rental deals.

Market Research: Monitor and analyse the local and global real estate market to identify new opportunities for expansion and diversification. This involves understanding customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.

Sales Strategy Implementation: Work closely with the rest of the sales team to implement and refine sales strategies that boost CITYHOUSE's market presence and profitability.

Product Demonstration: Showcase the features and benefits of our innovative technology, such as our AI and VR tools, to potential landlords and tenants.

Data Management: Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, meetings, and agreements, using CITYHOUSE's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure that sales targets align with the company's wider objectives.
