Responsibilities:

We are looking for an exceptional Sales Person/Sales Consultant with a proven sales record.

As a Sales Associate, you must be able to perform consultations in all of the treatments we offer.

You must oversee day to day running duties of the clinic (including but not limited to stock checks, infection control, schedule checks, diary management, and client reviews).


Your role will be to ensure the clients are getting the treatments suited best to them and delivering over and above the highest standards, whilst exceeding all sales expectations.

Skills:

You must have:

  • Great customer service skills, communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for client care and share Este's enthusiasm and dedication to the continued development of innovative treatments
  • Ability to report to your manager and follow through their instructions
  • A trustworthy track record, reliability and be punctual at all times
  • Be able to take responsibility and represent the clinic professionally and on own initiative
  • Ability to administer, direct and coordinate clinic activities when required
  • Proven ability to lead, set the standard and drive a high performing team
  • Proven ability to assist your team in reaching their KPI's
  • Utilise advanced clinical skills to treat, assess and educate clients
  • Must be able to perform consultations in all treatments we offer
  • Ability to carry out skin, hair and body consultations with prospective clients to determine individual needs and to make recommendations on appropriate treatments
  • Ability to upsell treatments and packages
  • An enthusiastic approach, be friendly and highly presentable

Salary:
£25k plus OTE £80-100k - Very achievable

Job Type:
Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

  • 45 hours per week spread over 5 days
