Purpose of the role:

As Recreation Supervisor you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the Walled Garden activities and areas and to ensure the very highest standards of service to Woodcote Juniors, Members and Guests.

Lead and inspire the Recreational Assistants in delivering high quality, consistent standards throughout all areas of the facility.

Minimum experience required:

• Previous demonstrable experience in leading a team, preferably in a leisure environment
• A UK lifeguarding qualification is essential
• Experience with facilities management in relation to health and safety
• A team player and driven to always do the best job possible
• Be approachable and confident
• Excellent communication skills
• Good computer knowledge
