Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team, reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager. This role is pivotal in driving our B2B marketing efforts, specialising in content creation, social media management, and paid advertising. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging and informative content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and website copy that resonate with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with marketing objectives and effectively communicates our brand messaging.
  • Conduct thorough research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape, integrating findings into content strategy.

2- Social Media Management:

  • Manage and execute social media campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including posts, visuals, and videos, while maintaining a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Monitor social media analytics to track performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly to maximise engagement and reach.

3- Paid Advertising:

  • Plan, implement, and optimise B2B paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Track and report on the performance of paid campaigns, including metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on content creation, social media management, and paid advertising.
  • Proven ability to create compelling content that drives engagement and leads.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics).
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Location and salary:

  • This is a full-time position based at our office in Redhill, with flexible working hours. We highly value our strong in-office work culture and strive to build a team that enjoys being in the office. However, we also offer the flexibility for everyone to design their work schedules to fit their individual lifestyles
  • 30K-35K per annum with an attractive stock program, and opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
