Job Description:

  • Accounts Preparation for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
- strong skills and initiative required.

  • Book keeping/Accounts using Sage, Xero, Excel and QuickBooks, including preparing, processing and recording bank transactions, processing purchase, sales and general ledger entries and producing reports
  • VAT return preparation from client records and online bookkeeping software.
  • Filing, scanning and general admin duties as part of the bookkeeping and VAT work.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual accounts work for clients within set deadlines.
  • Corporation tax computation
  • Selfassessment tax return computation strong skills required
  • Proactively participate in twoway communication regarding bookkeeping and VAT return progress and any issues with client and manager
  • Any payroll experience will be appreciated
