Kenvue Part of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies is recruiting for a I2C Specialist, located in High Wycombe, United Kingdom.
What will you do:
- Ensuring appropriate reconciliation of the daily bank statement
- Prepare monthly accounts receivable reporting package, including analyses of aging, days sales outstanding and bad debt reserves.
- Interface with customer service, sales team and senior level management in communicating and resolving issues.
- Contact customers to collect past due amounts. Identify any reasons for nonpayment and develop plans how to resolve it.
- Document results of contacts. Track and followup on customer commitments.
- Escalate unresolved issues, tracking to final resolution.
- Other financial duties assigned by supervisor
What we are looking for
Education:
- University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- 24year Work Experience in Finance or Customer Service area
- Accounting software experience required
- ERP
- MS Office proficiency
Preferred:
- CRM experience
Other:
- Fluent English is required
