Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our client based in Esher on a temporary basis.


The Successful HR Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling reviews, appraisals & identifying training needs
  • Ensuring all training records are updated centrally.
  • Managing the attendance system and dealing with holiday requests and all absences.
  • Accurate and effective production of paperwork, monitoring HR inbox, dealing with salary changes, promotions, and legal compliance
  • Establishing clear communication channels and processes between HR, Finance and Operations teams.
  • Ensuring employee records, company policies, and procedures are maintained accurately.

The HR Administrator will have:

  • Experience in HR administration
  • Confidence working at a fast pace and dealing with a high volume of tasks
  • Ability to be discrete dealing with confidential information.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with eye for detail
  • Confident personality with strong communication skills, both verbal and written are essential.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A friendly, positive, and professional demeanour
