About the HR Generalist Role at TPO Company:

Internal employees at TPO have an opportunity to take on a fixed term contract role until 31 March 2025, specifically as an HR Generalist under the guidance of the Head of HR. The position involves providing advice and support on various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, and HR administration tasks. This role offers a wide scope of responsibilities, allowing individuals to gain comprehensive knowledge in the field of HR.

  • Engage in workforce planning discussions with managers to address recruitment and L&D requirements.
  • Assist managers in handling disciplinary, capability, restructuring, and grievance cases.
  • Update HR policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Offer guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage all types of leave, conduct exit interviews, and lead recruitment activities following TPO policies.
  • Handle staff benefits, L&D/performance reviews, and oversee HR administration tasks.
  • Provide support to the EDI Group and fulfill additional HR tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate within the HR team and Corporate Services department as required.
