Join Our Team as an Injection Moulding Setter at Reed Engineering

Do you have a strong passion for precision and quality in the field of injection moulding? We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to become part of our fantastic and continuously growing company. As a Setter, you will have a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of production processes, meeting deadlines effectively, and upholding exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and process tooling meticulously based on production priorities.
  • Ensure timely completion of all tasks, maintaining high-quality standards that exceed customer expectations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for addressing any production issues, including critical situations.
  • Drive Process Improvement by actively supporting Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and 5S programs to optimize processes throughout the shop floor.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience as an injection moulding setter, with expertise in machining, tool hanging, and setting/operating.
  • IMT Qualification

Salary and Shift Pattern:

  • Earning potential of up to £40,000 per year + Shift Allowance
  • Working on a 4-On 4-Off, 12-hour shift rotation that covers both day and night shifts.
