As a qualified nurse you work 40 hours per week (12 hour shifts) at Ann House where you will ensure people diagnosed with a Learning Disability receive high-quality care, while supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork.

Ann House provides a specialist provision with enhanced levels of support which allows people with continuing challenging behaviour and high support needs to be cared for in the least restrictive setting possible, but within a service which is robust andstructured enough to meet their ongoing needs and risks.


The service ensures people lead good and meaningful everyday lives, where they have choice and control, accessing mainstream services and facilities, engaging in work and training, in leisure opportunities, hobbies and areas of personal interest.

Ann Houseencourages people to be as independent as possible with the long-term aim of people moving onto a more independent living setting.

You will work 12 hours days, three days a week, with the occasional night shift. Though with 4 days off to rest and catch up on life, it provides a great work/life balance.
