Beer + Burger is a family-owned and operated business focused on bringing the delights of extraordinarily tasty craft beers from all over the world to a broader audience, while also tickling the taste buds of our existing loyal beer-geek fans.

YOUR ROLE AS A BAR & FLOOR TEAM LEADER


Our team members are the beating heart of our business, sharing their knowledge and passion for our beers and burgers with both our eat in and take away customers.

As a team leader, either within our front of house or kitchen teams you are part of the coaching team for all our team members, sharing your knowledge, ensuring they are following all our How To's and keeping them curious.

We look to all team leaders to be enthusiastic, lead by example and to be positive and supportive.
