London Euston - Office Based (Flexible) /
£55000 per annum
One year fixed term contract

The role:

  • Identify key business priorities and work with crossfunctional partners and agencies to bring brand and retail meeting programs and supporting materials to the marketplace.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional/ departmental teams to create and execute IDS initiatives that support the Cx objectives, including the development of targeted materials, salesforce assets, HCP events & sampling
  • In collaboration with the Digital Marketing team and digital agency, assist in execution of digital marketing campaigns for trade and brand campaigns (including social media assets and tagging, brand website, influencer messages) monitoring the alignmentof execution to the brand objectives.
  • Liaise with external PR team to drive consumer engagement and off and online reach, incl. Sampling activation proposals and execution.
  • Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts and expenses.
  • Lead external agency relationships and ensure work is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Assist with NPD projects, artwork sign off & new assets to support NPP pipeline as directed by MM, inc NPD tracker updates.
  • Analyse brand and market performance, studying the competition, defining short and long term strategies to unlock potential growth
  • Assist MM with development and delivery of brand presentations to Internal and external stakeholders, including retailers.
  • Collaborate with internal and external relevant stakeholders, to identify any relevant brand opportunities, synergies and cost optimisation.
Ideal Person

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business
  • Experience within beauty/skincare desirable although not essential
  • 3+ Years in FMCG marketing roles
  • Experience in a sales and/or trade marketing role
  • Understands key business functions i.e. commercial, finance, technical, supply chain
