Join our team as a Creative Designer and be part of a dynamic creative environment where you will collaborate closely with the Creative Director.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Creative Director and team to develop original design concepts for branding, emails, social media, banner ads, landing pages, print ads, direct mail, print collateral, corporate material, and other creative assets as needed.
- Responsible for all aspects of creative, from concept and design through execution and production.
- Collaborate with different business units (ex: Marketing, Customer Experience, Merchandising) when needed to understand business requirements.
- Work independently and manage multiple projects on tight deadlines when required. Routinely produce quality work even under deadlines.
- Ensure proper workflow and procedures are followed.
- Help develop and bring new creative ideas to the business to raise brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Stay on top of industry design trends, processes, and tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience or Degree in Graphic Design/Similar Field preferred.
- Portfolio showing examples of work and your role.
- Exceptional design skills with attention to detail.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
- Critical thinker who can bring new concepts to life.
- Positive attitude, forward-thinking, personable, and open to critique.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical or Vitamins and Supplements a plus but not required.
