Due to recent phenomenal growth through the addition of several new international clients and the expansion of our agency services, we are on the hunt for a Senior Social Media Manager who will fit right in with our eclectic, high-performance crew, and help drive Circulate to even greater heights.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:nCreating, sourcing and developing digital content.nManaging workflow in a fast-moving, and target-driven environment across multiple clients.nOverseeing copy and content creation across social platforms for our clients.
Coordinating with the project and design team when necessary for digital content creation.nGathering social media data and analytics to provide concise reports, and evaluate the performance based on agreed KPIs.nCreating monthly paid social media advertising plans across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and YouTube.nIdeate and execute hero social media campaigns for key client moments to supplement ongoing social media content.nTo continuously innovate social content to establish and keep up with the latest trends.nClient-facing communication daily.
The right candidate for Circulate will have:nA passion for social media, in all forms – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube etc.n3-4 years experience in a digital agency in a client-facing role.nA demonstrable ability to identify attributes that make content shareable and the traits that make it better suited to a certain platform.nAbility to plan, create and implement digital media content with strong attention to detail.nCreative copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to various clients and their tone of voice.nA comprehensive knowledge of social media advertising platforms and the ability to execute paid social media campaigns.nAbility to think creatively and act swiftly.nAbility to measure the impact of content and drive improvements based on results.
