As a
Senior HRIS Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the management, configuration, and optimisation of Workday, our HRIS platform.

You will collaborate closely with various departments to understand their needs, develop efficient processes, and implement system enhancements to improve overall functionality and user experience.

This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the administration and maintenance of Workday including system configuration, data integrity, and user access management.
  • Knowledge of HCM Core is essential and of the following Workday modules is an advantage:
  • Time and Absence
  • Advanced compensation
  • Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to gather requirements, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain HRIS policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and training to HR staff and end users on HRIS functionality and processes.
  • Analyse data trends and metrics to identify opportunities for process optimisation and performance improvement.
  • Lead system upgrades, integrations, and customisation projects, ensuring seamless implementation and mínimal disruption to operations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in HRIS and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS administration, configuration, and support, preferably in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Workday.
  • Demonstrated experience in system implementation, upgrades, and integrations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices, including but not limited to payroll, benefits administration, and talent management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in English, our business language.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
