As a customer service advisor, you will be working with the Customer Service team to build a positive relationship with our Customer base.

Ensuring all customer requirements are dealt with in a timely and professional way.

Your main duties will be:

  • Manage and resolve customer enquiries within a timely manner, taking ownership of the enquiry from start to finish.
  • Keep and maintain accurate records using the CRM system and generate reports and analyse data to assist in making of informed decisions
  • Generate and analyse statistical data to assist in the investigation of product issues and customer complaints, use this data as part of the investigation process and the quality meeting forum
  • Develop KPI's to measure performance and report corrective actions.
  • Improve Customer service procedures, policies, and standards within the department
  • Meet with other departments to discuss possible improvements to customer services
  • Constantly learn about the company's products and form a good knowledge of our customers business activities
  • Handling customer complaints professionally.
  • Building positive relationships with our customers
  • Processing orders accurately.
  • Working well within a team.

Experience/Skills Needed:

  • Experience in similar customer service/administration role
  • Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic accounting principles
  • Excellent IT and Excel skills (for example Vlook ups and pivot tables)
  • Ability to lead by example
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision advantageous
