Job Description Repack Operative | Days 6am till 6pm | 4 on 4 off Green | £10.90 p/h**Work with colleagues to ensure efficient, safe and accurate handling of stock, and delivery of high
- quality service to all customers, whilst maintaining communication with the team.

What you'll do

• Working as part of a team on various production lines.
• Packing and stacking and quality checks on finished products and packaging.
• Feeding raw products into machinery.
• Job will include lifting bulk products and moving pallets.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the workplace environment is clean and maintained to a high standard that complies with company standards at all times.
• Learn new tasks and work in different areas.
• Follow site rules and regulations.
• Work in a safe manner and raise any Health & safety issues you come across to ensure that the team and yourself are working in a safe environment at all times.
• Report any food quality issues.
• Undertake any training activities that may be required.

Skills, knowledge and abilities required to be effective in this position

• Previous experience of factory work would be a plus but full training will be provided.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles and responsibilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent Attention to detail, flexibility and problem solving.
• Organisational skills.
• Ambitious and looking to progress in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
