Our client is seeking an experienced Project Secretary to join their company in Croydon. You must have a minimum of two years' experience within a similar field. In addition you must be a good communicator, confident and have good IT skills.
In this role you will be carrying our PA tasks and assist the Business Manager when required to keep the office of 16 staff running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities for the Project Secretary:
- Reception duties involving answering all incoming telephone calls and taking messages
- Assisting them with PA duties daytoday; diary management, organising meetings, sorting travel and accommodation
- Typing reports, specifications, letters maintain the office software and paper filing method
- Organising cloud data base for the team's projects
- Keeping the files organised
- Support the Project Director with all Quality Assessments and audits (admin function)
- Assist with social media and marketing
- Ensure the office suppliers are full stocked
Key Requirements:
- A Level in English is desirable
- Good IT skills is essential
- Competent in use of Microsoft Word and Excel formatting.
- Strong typing skills.
- Confident, polite telephone manner
