Proactively identify new potential accounts & identify sales opportunities across the area within luxury high end clinics, salons and spas.nExecute an effective prospecting plan to generate new business enquiries and meetings.nConduct new business meetings, demonstrations, prospective events to convert prospects to new accounts in line with area targets.nManagement of a portfolio of accounts across the territory, with an efficient journey plan.nDefine & implement business plans for accounts to support ongoing growth & target achievement.nReporting into and working closely with the Head of Sales (UK & Ireland) to continually monitor and track partner performance (New & Existing) along with identifying training needs to support growth.nIncrease penetration of portfolio, improve ordering frequency and quantity in line with company goals and area targets.nDeliver inspiring sales focussed training to therapists improving the retail conversion to consumers.nExecute growth initiatives across accounts to include e-commerce platforms, fulfilment solutions, staff incentive & benefit programmes.nMaintain a relationship with all accounts that inspires loyalty and referrals.nWork collaboratively with the Partner Support Executive and Skin Activation Specialist to ensure account engagement and needs are met.nMaintain daily calendar, call logs, expense reports, business reporting and any other administrative requirements key to the role.nMaintain a broad market and product knowledge base to support excellence.
Minimum of 2 years on the road experience in equivalent field sales role with a proven track record of delivering growth and achieving targets.nDrive, tenacity and resilience needed to meet company targets on an ongoing basis.nRelationship focused with the ability to have commercial conversations that drives true partnership and results.nConfident in delivering presentations with impact and managing high profile accounts.nTrained therapist up to NVQ Level 3 /City & Guilds or equivalent with experience of working with topical skincare, devices & treatments would be preferred.nDemonstration of autonomous working stylenAbility to develop retail skills & performance with in-clinic and salon teams.nConfident with IT including CRM systems/power point/outlook/excel.nHolds a UK driving license.nWillingness to travel.
