Conveyancing Legal Secretary

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support to solicitors and conveyancers
- Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports
- Manage diaries, schedule appointments and arrange meetings
- Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information
- Ensure the accuracy of legal documents and records
- File management and database administration
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, with a focus on conveyancing
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Excellent typing and audiotyping skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
