  • Provide secretarial support to solicitors and conveyancers
  • Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports
  • Manage diaries, schedule appointments and arrange meetings
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information
  • Ensure the accuracy of legal documents and records
  • File management and database administration
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, with a focus on conveyancing
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
  • Excellent typing and audiotyping skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
