Branch Manager – Estate Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to lead the residential sales team in Billericay at our renowned Bairstow Eves estate agency. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent eager for career advancement into branch management. By joining this branch, you will have the chance to thrive as a manager with the support of an Area Manager and team dedicated to helping you expand market share and grow your professional journey. The primary goal of the Branch Manager – Estate Agent role is to maximize branch income and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a profitable and well-organized office providing efficient and professional estate agency service
- Lead by example, exceed performance standards and targets, and maximize opportunities for market appraisals and sales
- Motivate and train your team to ensure their career growth and success

Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager, or Sales Negotiator
- Demonstrable Sales Management experience
- Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
- Proven track record in team management, leadership, and mentoring
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
- Full UK driving license
