We are looking for an enthusiastic leader who can engage with and support our Clinical Service Units to lead the business and performance of our Outer North West Divisions Community Services.


In this role you will also be responsible for management of our Divisional Business Team and the Divisional Single Point of Access (SPA).

If you can clearly demonstrate your managerial experiences to manage complex business and performance processes, an ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines, whilst being flexible with unscheduled tasks then this a role for you

This role is a permanent full-time position.

To be responsible for the delivery of monthly performance and quality reporting and required internal and external performance reports as required.


To co-ordinate and provide additional value-adding analysis of financial and operational performance data for the Clinical Service Units to support business decision making.

Provide further analysis of performance and identification of options for improvement for the consideration of Heads of Clinical Services and the Deputy Director of Operations, working alongside corporate colleagues.

Working with Heads of Clinical Services and the Deputy Director of Operations, act as a crucial interface between the operational teams and the Integrated Care Board

(ICB)/ Integrated Care System (ICS) partners to ensure coherent and sustainable relations exist between CLCH and partner organisations in relation to data and performance.

Support the contract and performance monitoring of locally held contracts. Support the facilitation of the cycle of contract negotiation including the agreement of affordable and realistic activity and KPI baselines with commissioners
