GRG are partnering with a superb organisation, as they look to grow their front of house, receptionist team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be required to work across Monday-Friday, between 8am-6pm, with the flexibility to be involved in site events and support with the delivery on adhoc occasions.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of the front desk.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Greet visitors and provide them with relevant information
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
  • Ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Maintain the security of the building by monitoring access points

Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar front of house, corporate receptionist or hospitality background, preferable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Professional and friendly manner
