Skills/Experience Required
  • Ability to manage high workload and prioritise accordingly
  • Technical understanding of manufacturing
  • Proven people leader and ability to manage relationship with Trade Union within cell area(s)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels of the business
  • Understanding and proven track record of Lean management
  • Ability to analyse performance data and lead positive decision making within cell
