About the Role
Reporting into the Onshore FSSC Manager you will work closely with the FSSC Team both Onshore and Offshore. You will provide admin support an a variety of task across AP / AR, Treasury and systems support. The role will require daily interaction with the outsource offshore team and the wider business.
- Working with the offshore team to resolve customer complaints
- Support with the reconciliation of supplier accounts and account disputes
- Support with month end preparation data collation
- Work with the Assistant Onshore Manager in cash forecasting preparation and reviews
- Call monitoring and reviewing
- Supporting the Treasury Manager with bank audits
- Other general adhoc duties
- The job is hybrid working from home with an expectation to visit the office in Cleckheaton, Bradford once and twice a week

About you
- 1+ years AP / AR experience
- SAP experience (desirable)
- Confident communicator
- Attention to detail, excellent selfreview skills, and a rightfirsttime mentality
- Ability to work to tight timelines and meet targets without compromising on quality
- Flexible, adaptable and keen to learn new skills
- Hybrid working 12 days in office in Cleckheaton, Bradford
