Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to students with a wide range of learning needs.

You will help these students to achieve their academic and personal goals, and provide guidance and support to help them develop their skills and confidence.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide oneonone support to students with diverse learning needs, including those with disabilities, learning difficulties, or other special needs.
  • Support students with academic tasks such as reading, writing, and mathematics, as well as personal development and social skills.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualised support plans for students.
  • Assist with the creation of learning materials and resources.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, and create a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
  • Previous experience supporting children or young adults with additional needs.
  • Available immediately to work as a Learning Support Assistant.
