M365 Engineer - Hybrid - Great Benefits - £60,000

Here at Khuda Technology, we are collaborating with a client to seek a skilled M365 Engineer.

The perfect candidate will have expertise in overseeing and aiding a worldwide M365 tenant, Azure setting, and possess detailed knowledge of Exchange and identity management.


Key Areas of Responsibility:

Azure Environment Management:
Responsible for managing and providing support for the Microsoft Azure environment, monitoring resources and log analytics.

Endpoint/Intune Management:
Oversight and support of endpoint devices through Intune.

Support Administration:
Assisting the Global Administration team with intricate requests.

Troubleshooting:
Handling and resolving end-user requests or issues received through the global service desk. Offering solutions for software and hardware faults.

M365 Tenant Support:
Handling and supporting the worldwide M365 tenant, ensuring synchronization and identity management.

Advanced Problem Triage:
Assigning complex problems to support partners via appropriate channels and ensuring follow-up to ensure end-user satisfaction.

License Management:
Keeping track of inventory and deploying licenses as necessary.

Server Systems Management:
Assisting the technology team in overseeing and managing server systems.

VPN Management:
Offering support for VPN management tasks.

Exchange Administration:
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Exchange 2010 – Exchange Online Administration.

Documentation:
Crafting knowledge base articles to document new solutions and aiding the IT team in various projects.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in supporting and managing a global M365 tenant.

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure environment oversight.

Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Exchange 2010 – Exchange Online Administration.

Robust troubleshooting abilities for both software and hardware issues.

Experience in VPN, endpoint, and Intune management.

Capability to draft comprehensive knowledge base articles.

Outstanding communication and organizational skills.

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

Active SC or Eligibility required
