What will you be doing as a Class 1 Driver?

  • Responsible for the accurate and timely movement and delivery of our customers products
  • Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately with attention to detail
  • Complying with all relevant legislation in line with drivers hours and working time directive requirements
  • Adhering to safe working practices to ensure the safety of yourself and others at all times

Relevant skills and experience as a Class 1 Driver:

  • Valid HGV Class1 License
  • Essential
  • Driver Certificate pf Professional Competence DCPC
  • Essential
  • Digital Tachograph Card
  • Essential
  • Must have a maximum of 6 points on your license for insurance purposes
  • 12 months driving experience Beneficial
  • ADR Transporting Dangerous Goods License
  • Beneficial
  • Strong communication skills with a flexible attitude
  • Good timekeeper with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Good geographical knowledge

As a Class 1 Driver you will be rewarded with:
