Alexander Steele is collaborating with a thriving frozen food producer. The company operates on a global scale, supplying a variety of sectors in the UK including retail, food service, and B2B channels.

We are in search of a highly motivated and ambitious Telesales Executive to become a part of their team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing both internal data and self-generated leads to connect with potential customers, presenting products and services.
  • Arranging qualified meetings for the field sales team and ensuring timely follow-up and internal feedback communication.
  • Notifying account managers of any arising issues.
  • Collaborating with clients to ensure precise sales predictions and sharing them internally to maintain current purchasing schedules.
  • Engaging in phone and email correspondence with customers regarding orders, delivery specifics, and inquiries.
  • Working closely with colleagues to collectively manage customer accounts.
  • Supporting various general administrative duties and assisting colleagues in the UK and European offices when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Outstanding telephone etiquette
  • Minimum of two years experience in telesales
  • Preferably background in the food industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
