CMA Executive is excited to collaborate with a £100m PE backed software development company in Fareham, Hampshire. Following two recent acquisitions, the company is in need of an interim Head of FP&A to provide support for approximately 6 months.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Reviewing and enhancing the existing NetSuite ERP and financial model for more informed decision-making and reporting.
  • Developing individual P&Ls, cashflows, capex, opex, BS, and forecasts for actuals, budget, and future.
  • Assessing NetSuite set up across the UK and US and recommending improvements.
  • Implementing NetSuite and/or a financial model to improve decision-making and reporting.
  • Creating product P&Ls, cashflows, and capex reports.

Requirements for the Head of FP&A position:

The ideal candidate should be a qualified accountant with substantial FP&A and Commercial Finance background. Experience in NetSuite implementation and strong financial modeling skills are essential, preferably in a PE-backed software development firm.
