Responsibilities:

Ensure exceptional customer service for all members and guests, while managing tasks to guarantee the smooth operation of the health club in a secure environment. Demonstrate safe and efficient equipment operation, create personalized programs for members to meet their objectives, and conduct engaging fitness classes.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor
  • Minimum Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor level 2 certification or equivalent
  • Qualifications in water testing, pool plant operation, and pool lifeguard/response
  • Experience leading fitness classes
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities
