Your responsibilities will span from refining reporting processes in a fast-paced environment to fostering cross-departmental collaboration, ultimately driving continuous improvement.


What the role entails:

Reporting:

n- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of volume and revenue performance, meeting stringent deadlines.n- Oversee the precise recognition of Below the Line (BTL) marketing costs and technical services.n- Take ownership of Commercial balance sheet accounts, conducting monthly reconciliations.n- Implement BI dashboards to enhance automation and provide deeper business insights for On Trade sales channel and Trade Marketing.


Planning & Analysis:

n- Collaborate with the Commercial Finance Manager to plan Trade Marketing and BTL marketing expenses for Annual Plan (AP) and Rolling Forecast (RoFo).n- Offer insights to the Trade Marketing team on relevant KPIs for performance monitoring, including stock holding analysis for POS items.n- Lead monthly Commercial Review meetings to analyze sales performance and optimize pricing investments.n- Conduct thorough analysis of marketing initiatives' performance for On Trade sales channel to inform future strategies.n- Generate monthly cost center reports for all sales channels, aiding in effective budget management.


Your Qualifications:

n- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel.n- Progress towards CIMA / ACCA certification.n- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of effective business partnership.n- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail, coupled with a drive for process improvement and automation.n- Collaborative team player adaptable to dynamic business needs.n- Familiarity with BI tools for financial analysis preferred.n- Previous experience in FMCG industry desirable.
