Responsibilities:
Assist with the surveying of projects before planning works for the operational teams

Coordinate planning of projects of various durations in compliance with Aurora

Creation and management of project information and durations

Completion of CDM compliance documentation

Submitting proposals to maintain the underground gas network

Ability to keep numerical KPI data accurate and confidential

Creation of technical routine operation document to allow operational teams to undertake works

Ensure compliance with the contractual requirements

Manage procedures and processes for the office

Manage contractual expectations with our clients

Manage company fleet vehicular maintenance

Download and interpret operational equipment

Attendance to client planning meetings

Support health, safety, environmental and quality programmes by participating in the implementation, maintenance and enforcement compliance with the company policies and procedures

Provide support to the office manager for annual audits

Coordinate plant and equipment maintenance, ensuring records are maintained

Ability to develop good working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally

Provide support to the office manager for tender opportunities

Coordinate all clerical duties with the office administrator and office manager

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a planning or project management role preferred
  • Knowledge of construction industry practices and processes
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Experience with all microsoft programmes including MS project, MS Excel, MS Word, MS access
  • Ensure company compliance for controlled document compliance
  • Fluent English knowledge
