Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming non ferrous metals
  • Sort and organise into correct grades
  • Ensure timely and efficient processing
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines for cleaning and sorting the metals
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Skills:

  • Must have knowledge of non ferrous metals
  • Experience of fork lift driving/ on site ticket will be issued by the health and safety team manager.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and do as the manager asks of you.
  • Know how to work an iPad to input customers weights ready for the office to pay
  • Strong communication skills, as you will be dealing with trade customers and members of the public
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules

Salary:
From £12.00 per hour
