Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Support the sales team by upselling products and services to customers
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including making arrangements for travel and accommodations
  • Help with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and reconciling accounts
  • Perform general office maintenance duties, including organizing files and maintaining a clean workspace Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish
  • Proficient in using computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications
