James Frew Ltd is now one of the largest privately-owned building services companies in Scotland, providing integrated property solutions, including plumbing, heating, mechanical services, gas maintenance, electrical installation and building upgrades for the public and private sectors.

Based in Stevenston Ayrshire, Dumfries, Glasgow and Airdrie, we directly employ over 380 people including 51 apprentices.

We have recently secured a large volume of multi-trade, void maintenance and refurbishment contracts across the West of Scotland and are a seeking to recruit experiences tradespersons in the following trade disciplines;

  • Supervisors and Site Managers
  • Joiners
  • Plumbers and Heating Engineers
  • Electricians
  • Plasterers
  • Roofers
  • Labourers
These positions are a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced organisation committed to excellent customer service.

  • Have gained experience in social housing maintenance, repair, and refurbishment contracts.
  • Be a fully timeserved in a trade discipline with current qualifications.
  • Be an excellent communicator and able to work with the minimum of supervision.
  • Be determined to succeed with a positive "cando" attitude and able to engage with staff and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Be willing to work across West and Central Scotland and possess a current UK driving licence.
In return, we offer a competitive package dependant on experience.

Salary:
£9.50-£25.00 per hour
