Project Support Analyst to assist Business Analysts and Project Managers on a programme, This is to to enhance their customer journey for prospective and current customers. As a Project Support Analyst, this person will be required to execute on tasks from the manager and keep organisation in place for the wider program, acting as a junior anaylst/project manager.

Key duties will include

Organisation of tasks

Excellent communication skills to deliver project requirements between stakeholders in the programme

Manage Action Logs

Identify and Log potential risks and issues

Status reporting

Set up and animate workshops

Create and manage documentation for wider programme

Deliver certain tasks that the manager will delegate to this person

Technology requirements

Understanding and experience with Data Projects, particularly Data Integration

Onsite at least 1 day a week in Newcastle. The team are in 3 days (Tues-Thurs)

Skills:

Support Office 365 Customer service project support project management
