As critical members of the Pendula sales and GTM team, Solutions Engineers drive technical discussions and implementations to help generate new business, expand existing business, and keep our customers happy.

For our existing customers, Solutions Engineers are part of a dedicated account team that advises the customer on technical best practices, implementation of Pendula's products and features, and strategic guidance on customer engagement.

The role requires travel to attend meetings with prospects or customers, attend conferences and other industry events, and travel to Australia, Pendula HQ to collaborate with your Pendula teammates.

Develop and present creative and tailored presentations and demonstrations, to a variety of audiences, including technical specialists and executive decision makers.

2+ years working with marketing automation, integration platforms, communication platforms, CRM, and/or CDP technologies preferred. Experience working with enterprise customers in the UK & EMEA martech industry.
~ Aside from technical and collaborative skills, we place a high value on project management, relationship building, and EQ.
~ An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. Understanding of, or experience with, regulatory requirements such a PCI DSS, GDPR, and SOC-2.
~ Certifications such as:
Salesforce Certified Admin, Marketing Cloud Admin, Braze Certified Practitioner, Braze Certified Marketer, PMP
~ Experience working with product design, development, or implementation
