The Junior Marketing Executive is responsible for maximising the impact of all marketing channels for the global business by helping to execute the effective implementation of the Craster marketing plan, building brand awareness and intelligent lead generation strategies across multiple channels.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for a talented and ambitious Marketing Associate or Executive wanting to take the next step in their career.


Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Support the marketing team to manage all touchpoints across all branded, customer and distributor spaces that hold Craster product
  • Develop and execute successful integrated campaigns around new product launches, thought-leadership content and data-informed product features scheduled throughout the year, ensuring teams receive all the necessary assets to present these products and material
  • Leverage and develop data insights from Google Analytics and Search Console, CRM, ecommerce platform and social media management tools in the Craster marketing tech stack; propose and implement improvements for increased conversion and support the marketing team in sharing stories and improvements with the business
  • Implement campaign support across stakeholders by responding to collateral and activity requests, managing data where needed and helping to organise Crasters presence at key industry events globally, as well as at our prestigious London showroom
  • Develop and execute compelling content at all stages of the buying journey, including cobranded collateral, educational case studies and BOFU merchandising copy
  • Generate excellent brand collateral, including case study support, from business-wide feedback and work closely with product, operations and sales teams to understand the needs of all departments and deliver the marketing tools required both globally and locally
  • Administer and update website content and material and leverage best-practice

  • Strong track record of successfully executing campaigns across the marketing mix
  • Organised and deadlineoriented with an ability to manage smallscale projects
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and flexibility in a
fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in using Excel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, social scheduling tools (eg Hootsuite), ecommerce platforms/CMSs (eg Shopify, WordPress)
  • Experience of marketing automation tools (MailChimp, HubSpot) and basic html knowledge is beneficial

Capabilities and Background:

  • 1+ years marketing experience required working in a marketing environment; ideally within a marketing agency and looking to move client side
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organisation and possesses excellent communication skills
  • A desire to further develop marketing skills, including taking the initiative to learn new areas through external and internal sources
  • Energetic, resourceful and handson in approach
  • Confident in ability to work within own project scope and as a collaborator within larger teams
  • Willingness to learn within a growing company
  • Additional language abilities are an advantage
