Main purpose of the job:

As a DUA Bordereaux Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and reporting bordereaux, contributing to the development of DUA processes and systems, and assisting with general DUA underwriting enquiries and due diligence processes.

Key tasks:

  • Process bordereaux following DUA procedural requirements, collaborating with brokers and external parties to ensure accurate information is received and reported.
  • Contribute to the production and enhancement of Management Information to provide valuable insights into DUA portfolio performance.
  • Aid in the development of DUA Coverholder and Bordereaux systems.
  • Monitor and manage the DUA team email inbox efficiently.
  • Compile information for regular meetings with underwriting teams.
  • Acquire knowledge and proficiency in Lloyd's and market systems essential for writing and maintaining DUA business.
  • Support the function by maintaining pertinent DUA pre- and post-bind approval documentation.

Key personal skills required:

  • Possess accuracy with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate the ability to establish strong working relationships and collaborate effectively within a small team.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Educational level, key technical skills, knowledge, and professional qualifications required:
