Your Role Responsibilities:

  • Implementing the sales process to the expected level following policy and procedure
  • Maintain a passion and knowledge for the product continually learning as technology evolves
  • Maintain complete knowledge of the additional products available to the customer always explaining these in a compliant manner
  • Always place the customer at the centre of everything you do ensuring you always demonstrate and follow the customer strategy
  • Once trained use a variety of O.E.M. and Group based systems to perform in your role making sure all records are updated promptly and customer journey is adhered to
IMI-accredited leadership development programmes, internal training, and manufacturer learning are all encouraged and required by this employer

Requirements:

  • Previous motor industry or a wider automotive background is desirable
  • The full set of communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in customerfacing situations
  • A continuous learning attitude and habit
  • Belief in yourself as a person
  • Full UK License (with no more than 6 endorsement points)
