Inspection Finishing Operative

This role will report directly into the Shift Supervisor and will be an integral part of the Inspection Finishing team.
As an inspection finishing operator, your duties include ensuring that the rolls of paper are wound to specified lengths, feeding paper from the master roll into a machine that will measure off the lengths required for the new roll, and removing the new rolls.
Your job also includes maintenance and calibration of your equipment.
This role is the final inspection of printed product prior to shipment to the customer along with other relevant duties expected in this area.
- Checking the printed and finished stock for accuracy and errors
- Some heavy lifting may be involved
- Rewinding/Finishing jumbo printed rolls
Experience with A B Graphic & Bar Graphic Machinery with AVT inspection is an advantage however not essential as we will provide training.

36 hours - 3 x 12-hour shifts per week, rotating 4 week pattern
