As a Shipping Coordinator you will ensure a daily smooth delivery by liaising with members of different teams, being an active team player with excellent communication skills.

What you will be doing:

  • Be responsible for managing the entire endtoend order process of shipments, ensuring all data, paperwork and communication are accurate and uptodate;
  • Managing daily shipping issues, cooperating and building relationships with colleagues and external partners in order to improve processes already in place and ensure efficiency and productivity;
  • Assessing the performance of the supply chain, providing support in finding/creating improvement opportunities that will make the shipping operations more effective, well controlled and run smoothly;
  • Aid projects within Shipping & Logistics, which includes shipping operations in two big international markets.

About you:

  • Professional individual who is experienced in shipping and logistics and has worked in similar role previously as well as imports and exports;
  • Savvy individual who is able to understand and interpret different processes and documents such as C88, CFSP or/and E2;
  • Knowledgeable and understanding of INCOTERMS (DDP, FOB, FCA);
  • A well organised, detailoriented individual with strong analytical skills.
