Role Expectations:

  • Take part in creating and updating individual care plans for each resident, and accurately administer and record prescribed medications.
  • Deliver the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, meticulously following individual care plans and ensuring all interactions are polite, friendly, warm, and supportive.
  • Provide leadership to the care staff, ensuring they contribute to the efficient operation of the service, and supervise those under your guidance.
  • Build positive relationships with residents and their families.
  • Ensure the health and wellbeing of all staff within the home, fostering effective working relationships with other employees.
  • Collaborate with members of the multidisciplinary team and liaise with other care professionals regarding residents' needs.
  • Maintain current skill levels and engage in training and development as required.
  • Actively seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
