Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to fulfil the post of the Dermatology High Costs Drugs Coordinator working extremely closely with our Dermatology consultants, nurse consultants/specialists, pharmacy department and homecare providers, along with assisting, supporting and co-ordinating a smooth patient journey.

Although this is a 12 month fixed term contract an internal secondment would be considered with the approval of your line manager.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will have excellent organisational skills, be flexible in their approach and demonstrate a consistently high standard of professionalism, being aware of the need for confidentiality.

The post holder will have excellent communication skills as they will be the first point of contact for all service users.

In addition, the post holder will be required to work independently and proactivity in the management of these patients within our local and national databases, and the ability and understanding of database work is essential to the success of this role.

1- To act as a central hub for receiving, processing and distributing programme and project information and documents, maintaining a database as Set up and maintain a configuration library to identify, record and track all documentation associated with a programme or project, maintaining version control. Undertake word To support the production and tracking of project plans and associatedreports in-line with internal project governance standards (PRINCE2).4- Maintain and provide a quality control function for programme Be involved in the development of standards to support the successfuldelivery of programmes and Be responsible for coordinating the preparation of agendas and papers for meetings as well as the production of Book venues and arrange meetings, seminars, training, travel andaccommodation for team staff, as well as providing support with thepreparation and running of events and Make and receive calls, acting as the first point of contact on behalf ofprogramme/project or other supported functions staff. ECDL/ RSAII/OCR Advanced Text Processing (Modules: Text Production/Word Processing) or knowledge of Word Processing or equivalent HND or equivalent
