As Digital Content Writer, you'll play a vital support role within a dynamic and fast-moving team, creating and delivering inspiring content that promotes Y.CO and our services across the web, social media and to our network of clients and industry contacts.

You will use your excellent written communication skills to write compelling and informed content for our website and social media.


With your great eye for detail, you will also ensure our existing content and website is accurate, up to date and aligns with our brand.

With your expert knowledge of SEO and PPC practices, you will be essential in managing and optimising web content.

Through your innovative approach, you will provide suggestions on how to enhance both online content, campaigns and support the broader content plan.


You will also contribute to planning layouts for landing pages, blog posts, yacht pages, destination write ups and more, and support the Creative Team execute these plans.

Given your enthusiasm for digital marketing disciplines and social media trends, you will proactively suggest and execute ideas for social media that drive our brand forward.

Additionally, your analytical abilities will be key when monitoring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, helping the Creative Team make informed decisions to optimise future campaigns.

You will actively participate in all Y.CO sponsored sustainability programs.

This is an exciting and fast-paced role with opportunities to learn and gain experience across a variety of digital marketing disciplines.


ABOUT YOU

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication, fluency in English is essential
  • You are a highly motivated individual who is passionate about digital marketing and producing tangible results

  • You have strong interpersonal skills
  • You are a selfstarter and can work with mínimal supervision, in a team that spans multiple offices

  • You excel working in a fastpaced environment and consistently meet deadlines with ease

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • 2 years' experience in a digital marketing role is essential
  • Proven experience creating digital content
  • Well versed in using content management systems
  • Excellent understanding of SEO, PPC and digital best practices
  • Familiar with digital analytics, metrics and the tools to monitor, manage and evaluate them
  • Proficient in social media marketing
  • Previous experience of running digital marketing campaigns required
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to travel to other Y.CO offices occasionally
  • Experience in setting up and optimising PPC campaigns is essential
  • Photoshop and InDesign knowledge is a plus
