As an ITSM Process Manager, you are responsible for managing, monitoring and optimizing the group-wide ITSM processes (Service Request and Identity Access Management).
You create concepts for new or optimized process alignment to ensure optimal technical support for the processes.You will also be responsible for project management. This includes managing projects, developing concepts and coordinating and implementing specifications.
You will be responsible for creating and evaluating reports and key figures for management.
You will also be responsible for advising key performers in IT and non-IT across the Group and other tasks.
You have a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification and ITIL certification. In addition, you have already gained experience in project management and obtained a corresponding certification.You have several years of expertise in ITSM and ITIL processes as well as in IT operations and IT operational quality.
You are reliable and demonstrate a high level of customer and service orientation.As a Process Manager with a focus on Service Request and Identity Access Management, you will be responsible for setting up and continuously developing IT service management processes.
