Supporting the Strategic SAT Manager and Deputy Managers, you will be responsible for the direct line management of a team of SEN Casework Officers, this will include overseeing and assisting in the management of Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments and Reviews to ensure the statutory duties and timescales are met.

We are seeking a passionate indivdual with a background in SEN Casework who is an excellent communicator with a flexible mindset to adapt to the dynamic needs of the role.
